Every product sold on stitchbundle.com is a digital embroidery design delivered as an instant download. Because these files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchase, including gift cards.
By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the download and acknowledge that no refund or return is available.
Download problems
If a file is missing, corrupt, or will not download, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will repair or re-send the file. A working replacement file is the only remedy offered for technical issues.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve the problem directly.
