These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to stitchbundle.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of the digital embroidery designs and related files (“Designs”) sold on it. By using the Site or buying a Design you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital products
Every product on the Site is a digital download. Each purchase includes the available machine-embroidery file formats (for example PES, DST, EXP) plus a PDF colour and stitch guide, delivered as downloadable files once payment clears. No physical item is shipped. You need embroidery software and a compatible embroidery machine to use the Designs; these are not supplied by us.
2. All sales are final — no refunds, no returns
Because the Designs are digital goods delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, including on gift cards. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the download and waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent the law allows.
If a file is corrupt, missing, or will not download, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair or re-send it. A working replacement is the only remedy for technical problems. Please contact us before opening a card chargeback or payment dispute — doing so first may otherwise result in your account being suspended.
3. One order per product per person
Designs are licensed to a single buyer. Carts are limited to one unit per product, and once you have purchased a product your account cannot buy that same product again — you already own every file it includes.
4. Licence and permitted use
On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Design. You may stitch it onto items you make yourself, including items you personally stitch and sell in small quantities, and keep working and backup copies for your own use.
You may not share, sell, trade, gift, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the Design files or any part of them (including splitting a purchase with others); use any part of a Design or its artwork as the basis for a new design for distribution or sale; mass-produce stitched goods by automated or multi-head commercial production; or claim authorship of the Design.
5. Product images
You may use our product photos of a Design you have purchased to advertise your finished items, provided you do not present the Design itself as your own work.
6. Stitch-out liability
We are not responsible for blanks, garments, or materials damaged during stitching, or for results after you resize or edit a Design. Test on scrap fabric before stitching valuable items. Support does not cover altered files or third-party software.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share logins. Downloads are provided as a convenience, not as permanent storage — keep your own backups. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, without notice, and no refund is due in that case.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one posted here at the time of your purchase.
